Contemplative Outreach Dublin has produced a CD to support the practice of Centering Prayer. It begins with the four guidelines for Centering Prayer and contemplative music, followed by 20 minutes of silence and music to finish with.
On the same CD is a 30 minute silent track, that begins with a scripture verse. The meditation 'gong' is sounded at the beginning and end of the silent time.
Cost is 8 euro available at events at the Resource Centre.
