We also have sisters working in New Orleans in the area of education in a school setting and working with groups of people in a variety of ways. These include adult education, visiting prisons, helping families in need. In Lisbon our sisters have worked in the area of formal education and have spread this out into the wider community. Our sister in Brazil works closely with the local parish and is very involved in the diocese, encouraging and working with all to be active members of the people of God!
