Would you like to volunteer with Ruhama?

Ruhama is a Dublin-based NGO which works on a national level with women affected by prostitution and other forms of commercial sexual exploitation.

Below is a notice from Ruhama re recruiting of volunteers

Greetings from Ruhama!logo

We are currently recruiting new volunteers for a number of roles. If you are interested in volunteering with Ruhama, there are a number of ways you can do so.

The roles we are recruiting for are Outreach, IT Class Tutors, One to One English Tutors, Art Class tutors, Study Support tutors and Job seeker Support Tutors.

We will also be hosting a policy volunteer role on behalf of the Coalition Against Prostitution http://www.cap-international.org/ however we will not have further information on this volunteer role/interview dates until the end of July.

Please note- Ruhama will be moving office in the coming months- we are currently working on securing a new location in the Dublin 8 area. All volunteer positions will be based in our new offices.

You can find general information about these roles on our website http://www.ruhama.ie/support/volunteering/.  If you have any specific questions, you can contact our Volunteer Manager, Tara Brown by phoning 01 8360292.

If you would like to go ahead and apply to become a volunteer, all you need to do is schedule an interview with our Admin team. Please call  01 8360292 for available times and dates. I would advise contacting Admin at your earliest convenience to make sure you get a time slot that best suits you.

A volunteer application form will also need to be submitted ahead of your interview. This form can be found on here http://www.ruhama.ie/support/volunteering/

Should you have any queries regarding the interview process, the roles available or indeed Ruhama’s work in general, please feel free to contact us on 01 8360292.

As ever, thank you for your support. We look forward to hearing from you!

Kind regards,

Linda McGrath
