On 17th March 2019, St. Patrick’s Day, 6pm the Dean of St. Patrick’s Cathedral and the Dublin Council of Churches invites all to a celebration of Patrick, Apostle of Ireland in St. Patrick’s Cathedral. The theme is We do not lose heart!
We hear words of Patrick that continue to retain a freshness and strong relevance across more than one and a half millenia. We pray together and sing, hear traditional Irish music and settings to Patrick’s Breastplate.
Fr. Pàdraig McCarthy, translator of St. Patrick’s Confessio will be the preacher. The door collection will be for Pietà House. Dublin Church leaders will be in attendance. All are welcome!
